We are living in strange times and adjusting to a “new normal” of social distancing and remote working. We’ve changed how we keep in touch and socialise, going from physical gatherings, to online chats and over the fence catch ups and it seems this will continue for some time yet.
For the time being my classes are on hold. Until it is safe to gather in a small indoor space, for my health and safety and yours I have decided not to do this. But that doesn’t mean we need to stop creating! Now is a great time to make and share your handmade cards – send them to friends and loved ones with thoughtful notes to let them know that even though you can’t meet up with them, you’re still thinking of them.
To help with this aim, I will be providing links to simple projects and all-inclusive kits that allow you to create and send beautiful handmade cards with ease.
With the release of the “box of sunshine” Paper Pumpkin kit in August, I will also be hosting a virtual party to gather with you all and create cards together! So make plans to grab the kit as soon as it is available, and join me live to gather and craft with friends. I’ll be posting more details on this shortly!
